Oh okay. I don't have that one because my AW is an antique...LOL
Here’s a screenshot of it.
The Infograph Modular Watch face is a feature of watchOS 5 and all Apple Watches except series 0 can be updated to watchOS 5.
Well that explains it...LOL. Still on the fence about getting a series 4 AW. I'm really debating on whether I'm going to remain with Apple or not. I want to go back to customizing my devices that I pay a considerable amount for and not be blocked from doing so.

Is the Tourbillon on this watch face animated as in the real watch?
Yes it is. Looks and works just like the real ones. I wasn't able to post the video from my photo line up.
