Whatsapp video sending problem

How i am send long video bcz wtsapp allow only45 second video send but i want 2 minute video send plz tell me i am using iphone 4 and ios 6.1.3

A two minute video is huge - I doubt any texting program will send it.

Your best bet is to load that video into a cloud storage account (for example, Dropbox, which give you 2GB storage free). Then, once it's loaded, make a link to that video and send the link via text. That way, the recipient can click on the link and see the video at their leisure.
