no, only if you change your baseband, as soon as your have any problems, just restore it and apple wont even know that you jailbroke it.

I jailbroke my iPhone 4 via jailbreakme.com, thanks guys I am loving it.

One more thing how much can iPhone download(size) directly from app store, it was 10mb in iPhone 3G.

If you download my3G from cydia you can download apps of any size from the AppStore over 3G. Plus you can FaceTime over 3G with this app
