The 4s or gs what ever it's called has just been announced on the news here in the UK. Looks the same as the iPhone 4 but has a better camera and that's it.

Dual core GPU (graphics processor).
8 Megapixel 5 lens camera.
64 GB max memory.

Those four features alone without ANY software upgrades makes the iPhone 4S worth the money.
