Ummm, you are way off base.

A5 dual core processor.
Dual core GPU (graphics processor).
8 Megapixel 5 lens camera.
64 GB max memory.

Those four features alone without ANY software upgrades makes the iPhone 4S worth the money.

If I was not having the iPhone 4 then I will be all over but i think it will be next year for me.
