It wouldn't hurt Atomic to spend as much time researching a fix to reception issues as to monitor and respond to emails concerning these issues. Their cases and customer service need very very much to be desired. Bet any money, I get a quicker response to this post than the emails I've sent to Atomic.

I've personally gone beyond being pissed off with the whole thing to be honest. I'm fed up of waiting, it's coming up for 2 months since this ordeal started. Even if this replacement case that I've been sent turns out to be great I've just gone beyond caring now.
What made me laugh is the only reason I originally went with atomic is because the vapour case had a long waiting list. What turns up in my inbox the other day? The pre-order email from element cases saying they are now ready for me to place my order. Lol so 3 months after I placed my pre-order with them I finally have the chance to buy it, I should of just gone with them. I would of got the case I wanted and quicker.
Tell you what, if my replacement case doesn't turn up next week then I'll actually just call the police and report a robbery. Because at the moment I feel like I've been robbed.
