Cant kill iPod process after JB on 4.1

I never had this problem on 4.0.1 but now jailbroken on 4.1 with limera1n, once i use the ipod, it wont let me kill the process unless i do a hard reset. It will act like it kills the process, but then if i open processes again it's right back. Anyone else with this problem??? Camera process sometimes doesnt wanna kill either. You click delete but it doesnt do anything...

interesting... i'm still jb'd on 4.01 and not too long ago noticed that the ipod service was running when I *hadn't* started it -- at least not to my knowledge. I have RemoveBG in SBSettings and it doesn't always remove processes, including the ipod service, *but* I can still manually stop it. Like you, it will reappear at times. Not sure what's up.
