Help with winterboard please!

Hello all,
I tryed installing a Color keyboard theme from cydia. And Im using Winterboard. What I did was went to "Selected themes, choosed my theme from there, then I clicked on winter board at top, then clicked on Respring" and its not changing my keyboard? I even tryed shutting down but that didnt work either. Does anyone know why this is happening??

Color Keyboard themes are set through Color Keyboard not Winterboard. Go to Settings>Color Keyboard to select your theme and popup key.
