I keep a folder on my desktop labeled Iphone Fave Pics, so when I have pics, camera, whatever, I just drag them there, then on Itunes, manually sync that folder.

Much eaiser than emails, multiples, and move arounds, it places a folder in my pics and can access there anytime.

Ok seriously, it can't be this hard to do such a simple task.

Oh yes it can! I've lost a lot of data using iTunes' perverse "Synch" functions. Drag and drop would be SO much easier, but.....NO. BTW, this photo transfer to/from PC/iPhone is an age-old topic, unfortunately.
