Does anyone know the processor speed once the 4s is overclocked?

I think it is supposed to be a 1ghz processor under-clocked to 800mhz to save on heat and battery. I don't know how nor have any interest in OC'ing mine, but in theory you could over-clock it several hundred mhz.

There is no such a way to OC the processor. Tweaks you get from cydia allow fast animation on the iPhone, making you think that your phone is fast when the processor really didn't get OC at all.

I heard about the the animation tweak iOverclock which does look faster but what about the iFile tweak for "com.apple.SystemPowerProfileDefaultBACKUP.plist"? It def kills the battery a lot faster than I expected.

Yea all these are pretty useful, but all it does is fakes your iPhone into thinking that it is over clocked when really it just kills battery and forces it to go faster when it can't...... Not a good idea....

There isn't a real way to overclock the A5 because the speed is set on read-only hardware

Not true at all. It doesn't fake anything. It simply speeds up the animations on your phone(has nothing to do with overclocking) and it doesn't affect the battery life at all. If anything it increases battery life since it takes less time for the animation to finish.

Speed intensifier now includes a REAL overclock along with the animation one.
It's activated with winterboard but I haven't tested it out. No need to really, it's quick enough just with animation speed up.

I doubt that speed intensifier actually OC the processor.

Do you know what winterboard actually does??
I've not tested it as the animation speed up is enough for me but winterboard is used to change system files so I don't see why it wouldn't be possible!!!

Winterboard? OC processor because you think it changes the system files? You kidding right?
