My computer can not recognized my iphone4s?

When my iphone 4s connect computer that show a camera icon, itunes can't find mymachine. What’s wrong? Thanks for help.

Have you got iTunes installed ?

Assuming you have the latest iTunes installed, open it first, then plug in your powered-on iPhone, making sure it's not in lockscreen mode. Write back for confirmation. And.... sometimes it takes a while for the iPhone to get recognized.
