Yes, it is.
Where I live, it's illegal to park on the boulevard between the street and the pedestrian sidewalk.
As you see, it's allowed here. In fact, many of the parking facilities in Apetlon were planned and are used that way,
In Regina, the houses with wide boulevards in front of them have driveways in the back alley for parking or the driveway crosses the boulevard to a parking space on the homeowner's property.
The differences are interesting. Our parking spaces are not on the homeowner's property, but on property of the community. We have to care for the trees and the lawn in front of our houses, which don't belong to us.
