Several Cydia apps not working

I've recently wiped my iPhone 3G and reloaded 4.2.1, jailbreaking it with RedSnOw.

Now I'm setting it up I'm finding that several of the apps I have used before are no longer working.

Can someone suggest why they don't work or if there are other similar apps?

These are:
- Five row QWERTY keyboard
- Five row springboard
- Five column springboard
- Five icon dock
- APN editor

You will find that some tweaks never get ported to newer firmware or take a really long time. So for this reason If you really do rely on these tweaks I would make sure they are working on the newer firmware before upgrading, though on the iphone 3G there will not be a newer firmware other then 4.2.1. Check for any updates also for the apps

I had this same problem go to settings and do a reset.. NOT A FULL RESET just reset the settings so no media or information is deleted.. it worked for me when my five icon dock stopped working
