starting out with a used iphone 6s plus

Hi everyone. I am getting an iphone 6s plus and would like to know of any tips you can give to start using the phone. I do believe that the phone is unlocked. I am in experienced and will have to learn from the start. I have been using a Samsung flip phone for just calls and texts. I will be signing up for a carrier once I get the iphone.Thanks.

You will need to insert the SIM card to set up your new phone. One thing to remember is to make a note of any passcode you set to lock the device and any passwords you create To set it up. I hope you enjoy your iPhone!

Delete any apps you won't be using to free up some storage space and help it run a bit faster.
Check the battery life and make sure it is 100% or very close.
If it is low, like 60-70 percent, you might be better off paying $75 to get it replaced.
It will be less frustrating.
