Removing spam mails on my school's email account. I've already blocked many spammers, they always seem to find a way into the Inbox.

I must be very lucky as I almost never get a spam email that makes it all the way to my inbox.

I get an odd one here and there but the majority go straight to Junk, I have a look in there sometimes and it amazing the rubbish that gets sent.

Me neither. It's my school's email address that receives them.

From time to time, I notice that there are emails in the Junk folder, but they don't find a way to my Inbox.

Me neither. It's my school's email address that receives them.

Is there a way to change the spam settings on the email account?

I think its a bit like machine learning. If you relegate items from a certain sender to Spam, the device or account provider gets the idea.

I've looked at them and couldn't find anything. I'll have to take a closer look tomorrow.

That's what I supposed, so I started blocking senders. Every morning, when I open Outlook on the PC, I find at least four of them again, or the same kinds of emails, with a different name. After more than two weeks, the program should have started learning.
