There's a lot of archive footage of the spacecrafts, Lunar rover and space suits being manufactured. It's quite interesting to learn how much effort went into inventing the machines used to get man to the Moon and back.

You’re right. There are a few facts that I knew before watching the series, and I find it really interesting to hear more about the struggles to make the Saturn V fly to the Moon and back (just as an example).
I’m watching episode 3 right now (navigation computer).
