It took a few hours yesterday to get it unlocked and for my iPhone to download all the models it needed for it.

I recommend charging your iPhone and leaving it on the Apple Intelligence screen in settings. My Siri didn't work until the download was completed.

One interesting note here for you all:

• Languages - With iOS 18.2, Apple Intelligence supports English in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, and the UK in addition to U.S. English, so if you're in Canada, you no longer have to set your ‌iPhone‌ to U.S. English to use Apple Intelligence.
