hi all, i had a tweak that aloud to sync 2 diffrent music folders on itunnes, updated from tethered j/b cant recall wat it was called..??? thanks in advanced

Is there an app that will allow to view how much space or memory each program takes ?

you can update to iOS 5 and re jailbreak with redsn0w and then in settings you can see in usage, just how many mb, gb, b, etc. that are in each app

Just found "PagePreview" which performs the same function as Overboard but much more stylishly. You swipe your finger along the page number dots and a smaller preview of the page flashes on your screen. You can open apps from within preview or just navigate to page. I had overboard previously but didnt find it that useful. This is much better

Also downloaded xpandr and inspell. These both allow you to define shortcuts which will expand to a larger phrase when typing ie: cul=see you later. Inspell also has a spellchecker and works with the native autocorrect. Xpandr is too rigid as EVERY time your choasen letters occur even in another word the longer phrase WILL pop up and you cannot decline. This means you need be very careful only to use strings of letters that never occur in normal words. Inspell is much better. The only reason I have kept xpandr is because it allows you to shortcut passwords too. I have my passwords defined in xpandr, everything else in inspell. Because you can decline the phrase in inspell you can just use initial letters making it easier to remember

Ok sorry to seem like such a dork but, I am a newbie , do you have to jailbrake to get some of these cool apps? Should I jailbrake my new 4S 32g? Will it hurt anything?

The only way to get them is IF you jailbreak. You have no way to jailbreak your 4S right now because there is not a jailbreak released for it yet.

Please follow this post http://www.iphoneforums.net/forum/i...ing-methods-iphone-18519/?highlight=jailbreak and you will see the update as soon as jailbreak for 4S is available.

Also you can find all the answers to jailbreak in http://www.iphoneforums.net/forum/hacking-tutorials-guides-68/what-jailbreaking-15928/ post.

If you drain battery or shut it off you have to be near a computer with redsn0w to turn back on
