So you could conceivably have your own music, composed by you, becoming DRM protected by the system and no longer able to be copied by you.A word of caution here. From what I just read, it's possible for some of your own rips to become DRM protected if you are not careful.

I was just reading up on this. If you subscribe to Apple Music or Music Match, iCloud Music Library is automatically turned on and you can't manually manage music on your phone. I'll dig into this when I get some time and see exactly what is going on.
