I get all my wallpapers from this app, they update it like crazy with new ones. It's the best wallpaper source hands down in my opinion.

Using a long list of Cydia tweaks ( Winterboard,Badge Customizer, BytaFont, CarbonX Pro 6, Element Lockscreen, iTronix, LED Battery, Shrink and Statusbar Battery Colors )
along with ever changing wallpapers this is how my iPhone 4S looks for now ...
