Mine is 11pm -7:30am. I've worked this shift for almost 30 years.

That's amazing. I had a midnight-08:00 shift for a few months in the Navy, never could get used to sleeping during the day.

I'm at the point where I could sleep in bright sunlight. It doesn't have to be dark in the bedroom.

The worst thing is that they suspect that the crash may not have been an accident. The possibility of terrorist action is being investigated.
